Our top quality MD program is a 10-semester program covering Basic and Clinical Sciences. Our students study Basic Sciences in the Caribbean at our campus in Anguilla. Clinical rotations and USMLE prep are carried out at affiliated hospitals and clinical facilities in the USA. Graduates are eligible to become doctors in the US or Canada.

Please note you need a Bachelor’s degree or 90 college credit hours to apply. This is approximately three years of undergraduate education, at an accredited college or university.
Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher. If you have a low GPA score, you should have strong letters of recommendation and be able convince the admissions department that you hold a strong motivation to study medicine.
Saint James School of Medicine can only accept applications from US citizens, US permanent residents or Canadian citizens.
Saint James School of Medicine does not require the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT). When we evaluate medical school applications we consider a number of factors: your undergraduate GPA, prior to work course, your volunteer and/or work experience, your letters of recommendation, your personal essay, your interview and your motivations for studying medicine. We take this holistic overview of potential students because this enables us to more accurately determine those likely to succeed in medicine.
Enroll. If you are accepted onto the Saint James School of Medicine MD Program you need to pay your first semester’s fees to complete your enrollment.
You also need to ensure your immigration papers are in order so that you can study the Basic Sciences in Anguilla. Our admissions advisors will be able to give you help and advice with the immigration process.
